Lynette is a Chartered Accountant by profession and has completed several strategic leadership development programmes globally. Lynette has solid board governance experience, having served as  chairperson of Botswana Accountancy Oversight Authority. she has also served on the boards for Debswana Mining Company, Morupule Coal Mining Company, Debswana Pension Fund and other companies in Botswana.
