For the past 8 years, Nico held senior management positions in various top tier banks in Botswana. He has experience in running retail businesses with the focus in Lending (Personal Loans, Micro Lending, Overdrafts, Credit Cards, Mortgages and Vehicle and asset finance) as well as customer value proposition building.
