Mr. Kumar holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad-IIMA. He has 12 years of banking experience and has worked in two departments in two of the largest private sector banks in India. Vijay has worked extensively in the area of credit risk, largely in the areas of corporate SME, infrastructure and agribusiness. Furthermore, he has also previously worked in a food processing company where he got to experience the customer side of banking. He joined First Capital Bank Botswana in 2017.
