As the situation around COVID-19 continues to evolve, we are constantly reviewing the way we serve you. Our priority is the health and safety of our employees, customers and other stakeholders that we do business with. We write to advise of some changes that we have taken with effect from 25 March 2020.
No Closure of Branches
No branches have been closed and we provide full banking services at all our branches.
No Change in Operating Times
The operating times for all our branches remain unchanged, i.e. Monday- Friday 08:30hrs- 16:00hrs. Saturdays 09:00hrs-11:00hrs. All branches will be closed on Sundays and public holidays.
In Branch Services
In order to promote social distancing, we encourage all our customers to use alternatives channels and only visit the branches for essential services not available on our digital platforms.
You can access a number of services in the safety of your home through use of alternative channels or simply visit an Automated Teller Machine (ATM) where person to person interaction is limited.
- Internet Banking. It only takes a few minutes to sign up for our Internet Banking. If you’re not already registered, visit onlinefirstcapitalbank.co.bw. to sign up. You’ll be able to check your balance, view statements, pay bills and make transfers from the comfort of your home.
- ATM’s. Use your debit card on our ATMS and all Visa enabled ATMS to withdraw cash, check balance and perform other transactions available on those machines.
- First Capital Bank Debit Cards. Use your First Capital Bank debit card to transact. Please exercise caution when using POS terminals. Ensure that you sanitize your hands immediately after uses of such public facilities.
